4. Payments and Cancellations
Payments for services are due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or signed service agreement. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Virtual Sessions: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- In-Person Sessions: Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Provider Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all deposits paid and may reschedule at no penalty.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevatED Training Strategies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services rendered.
