LeKesha McGuire is the founder and lead trainer of ElevatED Training Strategies. She currently serves as a Curriculum Coordinator in a major Texas school district and brings over 16 years of experience in education, including classroom instruction, campus leadership, and district-level support.

Kesha has a strong record of designing and delivering impactful professional development, mentoring educators, and building collaborative teams. She is a certified T-TESS appraiser with deep insight into instructional coaching and teacher effectiveness. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams unlock their potential through practical, high-engagement learning experiences.

ElevatED Training Strategies began as a vision in 2022 and was formally established in 2025 by Kesha and her husband, who together bring both instructional and operational expertise to the business. Under their leadership, the company delivers dynamic, research-informed professional development solutions to businesses, government entities, and schools.

Recognized multiple times as Teacher of the Year, Kesha leads with a commitment to excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement. Her sessions are interactive, relevant, and grounded in real-world challenges.

Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, son, and their two dogs.
