Kesha McGuire currently serves as the Curriculum Coordinator for a large school district in Texas, bringing over 16 years of experience in education. Her background includes both classroom teaching at the high school level and leadership roles in administration, where she has excelled as a content and curriculum development coordinator.

Throughout her career, Kesha has been dedicated to supporting educators, mentoring new teachers, and leading impactful professional development sessions — with a particular focus on team building. It was through this work that she discovered her passion for cultivating strong, collaborative teams and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.

Kesha’s work is grounded in a commitment to excellence, productivity, and a culture of growth. Her efforts have been recognized with multiple nominations and selections as Teacher of the Year.

Outside of her professional life, Kesha enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.
