Welcome to Elevated - OCR Training Center!
We are one of the only outdoor training center's located in New England. You can train here for your next Spartan, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, or other obstacle course race. Our course is designed to provide runners and racers of all levels a place to push their bodies' physical and mental limits. Located at Davidian Farms in Northborough, MA, Elevated Training's summer to fall season is the perfect place to train on outdoor terrain with natural and man made obstacles. Come and train solo, or bring a group. All sizes of teams are welcome as well as Personal Trainers and their clients. It's time to GET ELEVATED!

What is it?
Our course is 3.2 miles of hills, rough terrain, and natural and man made obstacles. While the course is designed for athlete's training for OCR's (Obstacle Course Races), anyone looking for a different kind of workout is encouraged to come.
How do I run it?
You can run solo, or with a group, and challenge yourself with whatever obstacles or parts of the course you choose, and best of all you can run it as many times as you'd like while we're open.
When you arrive, please check in at the REGISTRATION TABLE. There you will need to review and complete a waiver and media release form (media release optional) and make your payment. Participants under 18 must have parental signature. If you have registered and paid online then you will need to show your picture ID upon check-in along with your printed receipt. All newcomers to the course must first run the course with an Elevated Athlete before they are able to run the course on their own. We will have limited water on the course so we suggest that you bring your own hydration sources.
On the course you will encounter steep hills, walls, muddy army crawls, rope climbs, spear throws, bucket/sandbag carries, monkey bars, balance blocks, traverse walls, water, trayolean lines, and did we mention more steep hills?
Fitness and Confidence
Our kids are getting back into the groove with fall sports and so should you. Are you ready for a 4 week challenge? Starting September 7th come to Elevated OCR Training at 9:30am to begin your 1 hour fitness adventure.
This Program is designed to Elevate your confidence and your fitness at the same time. Over the course of 4 weeks, you will be working as individuals and teams on getting over obstacles, burning calories, and building muscle tone.
The program is instructed by Manuela Gauthier who is a certified CrossFit L1 trainer, Personal Trainer for 3xTraining, Triathlete and Distance Runner, and a person who loves to help people live a more fulfilled life. Manuela Utilizes her 3x Training approach to teach you her core principles 1. Believe in yourself 2. Be kind to others 3. Have fun !
Runners will be able to stretch, relax and socialize in a designated area across from the registration area. The storage tent is available to leave personal belongings. But please note, that this tent is unattended and we advise you to leave your valuables such as wallets, purses, and mobile phones locked in your car. Elevated OCR Training and Davidian Farms are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Davidian Bros Deli & Farm
We invite all runners to the Davidian Bros Deli & Farm located at the bottom of the hill for produce, ice cream, or other items. Elevated will also occasionally offer seasonal fruit for sale from Davidian Bros Farm. Enjoying the camaraderie of obstacle racing is an important aspect of the sport's unique culture and we hope you will stay around after a while for some relaxed fun.

From Boston and Points East: Mass Tpk. to route 495 north to route 290 west. Take Exit 24 and Turn right onto Church Street. Take the next right onto Ball street. Travel .8 miles to Elevated OCR training on left and park in the field.
From Worcester and Points West: Route I-290 east to exit 24. Turn left onto Church Street and go under the overpass. After the on ramp to 290 west turn right onto Ball street. Travel .8 miles to Elevated OCR training on left and park in the field.
From Providence and Points South: Route 95 North to 495 North. Transfer onto route 290 west. Take Exit 24 and Turn right onto Church Street. Take the next right onto Ball street. Travel .8 miles to Elevated OCR training on left and park in the field.
